Welcome to November, 2019

It's the unofficial start of the Holiday Season. Yippeeee, bring it on, so excited. I started playing Christmas music about 3 weeks ago to brighten the mood.

The leaves are turning their vibrant colors in New Jersey and the morning air is crisp. This means it's time to start preparing for Thanksgiving. We'll take the first few weeks of November to explore some easy and cost effective recipes for Thanksgiving.

The goal is to make as much ahead and freeze it! You want to be able to sit down and enjoy time with your family and friends. No one wants to spend the entire holiday in the kitchen trying to keep up with the courses. We've eliminated a hot soup, instead we put out an antipasto when the guests arrive. That way they can "pick" as I finish up last minute details in the kitchen.

No worries, we got this! Bring on the Holidays 2019!
