Hydration Station/Beverage Bar
Nothing is fun about drinking 96oz of plain water. For some, they say, "it's easy" but for me, I gag after 50oz. I've always been very creative and thought outside the box. When I saw the "WaterTok" on TikTok, I had to try it. I wanted to explore flavors, combinations, and concoctions besides water. Don't get me wrong, adding alcohol to some of these delicious Skinny Mixes would be fun, but that's a totally different blog!
Yesterday, I made a Fuzzy Navel with orange and peach. I met my goal of 96oz of water and then some!
This morning, I thought I'd try a protein coffee. OMG is all I can say!! Where has this been my entire life?? It was better than the coffee chain that charges $5.00+ for a mocha frapp!
Here's the recipe:
1/4 cup carb smart vanilla ice cream 100 calories
1 scoop vanilla protein powder 45 calories
1 cup unsweetened oat milk 45 calories
1 pump Skinny Mixes Mocha 0 calories
1 tbsp Stevia 0 calories
1 tsp instant coffee 0 calories
ice
Blend until thick and frosty. I drizzled SF Hershey Syrup down the sides of my cup (I used a little too much) and top with ReddiWhip Fat Free. 10 calories
YUMMY!!
Nothing in my world is complete with sprinkles. I had to put a few on top.
