Updated Post: From Garden to Table

Thought it would be fun to update my blog post from a few weeks ago "From Garden to Table". This year has been a challenge for gardeners. The excess heat has forced us to water twice a day!

Above is my cucumbers as they are today (halfway thru the season) and to the right is the "Spring Baby" cucumber that I grew from seeds.

It's been a fun season for basil. Below, to the right, are the "Spring Babies" grown from seeds. Today (pictured left) the basil leaves are as big as my hands.

I think we need to write to the air freshener industry - PLEASE make an air freshener that smells like fresh-picked basil. I would buy tons of them!

One day soon, we'll take a walk thru my garden via video. For now, I'm enjoying my garden and thankful for the delicious produce and herbs.
